The Mission of STANY as outlined by our founders is as relevant today as it was back in 1937:

• Promote the general welfare of our Members
• Establish and maintain high standards of conduct and ethical practice in the trading division of the investment, security and banking business
• Provide the benefits derived from personal acquaintances between those who are engaged in such business
• Afford the means of discussing related matters and promote the objectives of the Security Traders Association
