Job Description
GreenCrest Capital is looking for a private equity sales person who will be responsible for raising private capital for our investment vehicles. The ideal candidate should have a solid record of accomplishments in private equity or nontraditional asset management sales. He or she needs to have demonstrated a proven ability to raise capital from a variety of institutional investors. Candidates should have a current and verifiable client base consisting of pension funds, fund of funds, family offices, foundations, hedge funds and ultra high net worth individuals.
The position calls for raising capital by identifying, establishing and building new clients as well as maintaining previously established client relationships. Responsibilities include: developing a comprehensive business plan, arranging and conducting meetings with prospective institutional investors and sourcing capital into GreenCrest Capital investment vehicles.
Requirements
· 4+ year’s experience raising capital
· Proven track record in institutional fund raising as well as building and managing relationships
· Existing accredited/institutional contacts
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Succeeds in new and challenging situations
· Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
· Superior interpersonal skills
· Outstanding client focus with the mid-set to constantly improve client services
· Financial and operational acumen
· Looking for an opportunity for profit sharing / stock
· Stable work history with strong accountability and ownership
· Strong character references
· Clean compliance record
· Financially driven, exceeds expectations, bright, energetic
· Interest in disrupting and changing the status quo as it relates to research on private companies
· Experience working with venture-backed company founders, investors, and employees
· Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce and other relevant software
